Cecil Shorts is another Bucs player that has fallen victim to the injury bug so to cover his spot, Tampa waived linebacker Josh Keyes and promoted Freddie Martino from the practice squad to the team roster. With Cecil Shorts out and Martino in, Tampa will again have five WR’s on the active roster.
