Believe it or not, the Bucs still have life and can still hope to make a playoff run. But of course, this won’t be an easy task and there is little to no room for error. Sitting at 4-5 with 7 games left in the 2016 season, anything and everything is possible. But if the Bucs want to see the thrilling event that we call the playoffs, they will have to play lights out from here on out! Beating the bears is one thing, but the remainder of games set in our path to glory is no joke.
If we think we are going to get by, with playing mediocre, then we are going to get hit in the face, with some humble pie. The defense showed signs of improvement on Sunday and it couldn’t come at a better time. The defense stepped up when we desperately needed it. I’m still not convinced. I’ve seen this before, defense showing signs of Improvement only to come out and lay an egg the next. I’m tired of it. We have our hands full this week with the Kansas City Chiefs. Nothing flashy about them, but they don’t make mistake’s and they don’t turn the ball over. If we have any chance of stopping them, we absolutely 100% have to be aggressive and pressure the Quarterback. If we can somehow go into Kansas City and get a well-needed win, well then there will be a new hope back in Tampa.
I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of the same thing every year. Different year same results over and over and over again. ENOUGH. Time to buckle down and play big boy football and just win! The fans have stuck by through everything. Give us something to cheer for!
