The Bucs beat down the Seahawks, Sunday, but it left Tampa without two of their defensive starters. Gerald McCoy and Chris Conte, both, could be out for Sunday’s contest in San Deigo. Conte missed four plays in the final few minutes of Sunday’s game and the injury was never disclosed. Koetter should disclose his injury status on Wednesday. Before the last couple of weeks, many wouldn’t exactly care that Conte could miss a game, but now that he is making big plays, fans may have a different outlook on the situation.
Gerald McCoy was seen wearing a boot after the Seahawks game, but Koetter has assured everyone that he is fine and that the injury is nothing to be concerned about.Whether or not he is a go for Sunday, will be determined by exactly how fine he truly is.
