Kwon Alexander didn’t make the NFL Top 100 players of 2017 list, like Evans, Winston, and McCoy; However, he was given an honorable mention. The NFL released a video showcasing 10 players who had just missed making the list.
Kwon more than deserves to be on the original Top 100; However, receiving an honorable mention shows that the NFL is taking notice of his hard work. With his 145 tackles, 3 sacks, 7 pass defends, 1 forced fumble (Jason Witten vs Cowboys), 1 fumble recovery, and 1 interception for a touchdown (Case Keenum vs Rams).
Alexander’s progression from an impressive rookie season shows that he will likely have another fantastic season in 2017 and possibly a Pro Bowl invite instead of an alternate nod.
