Lavonte David went down with an injury against the Vikings on Sunday and many worried he could be sidelined for the next 4 to 6 weeks.
Luckily, an MRI today revealed that his injury may not be quite as severe as it initially appeared to be.
The MRI confirmed that David indeed does not have a high ankle sprain, but rather just a strained muscle in his ankle, meaning he could possibly see action as soon as week 5 against the Patriots.
I’m sure everyone is feeling a sense of relief.
