Jay’s Week 3 Bucs Game Prediction: Steelers vs Buccaneers

0

Week 3 is upon us, and this season has already started out more exciting than any other season in recent history. Starting out 2-0 the Buccaneers are red hot, and the fire doesn’t seem to be anywhere close to being extinguished. So who will stop Tampa’s Magic carpet ride? The Steelers? Doubtful.

The Pittsburgh Steelers head to Tampa to face off with the Buccaneers, and as exciting as the Buccaneers have been, that excitement is rivaled by the induction of the great Tony Dungy to our ring of honor. Facing the #2 passing offense in the league, the Buccaneers’ secondary will have a tough time keeping Big Ben and company from racking up yards and possibly points. However, the electrifying offense of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, led by FitzMagic, shows no signs of fizzling out.

The Bucs are #1 in the league in passing, and for good reason. The Buccaneers’ revitalized offense is eerily reminiscent of the greatest show on TURF. Fitz can throw for miles! In two games he had 819 yards passing. Look, Woody! Records are being broken everywhere. With Fitz adding his name to the record books in week 1 and week 2, I think it could be followed up with more records heading through week 4. A QB controversy is rumored to be brewing in Tampa, but that seems not to be the case as everyone, including Jameis, is on board with the hot hand.

The Steelers, however, have problems. Le’Veon Bell wants more money and is holding out, and now Antonio Brown is causing a stink. It seems like the Steelers are falling apart at the seams, and the Bucs are doing the opposite. And with the way the Steelers looked against the Chiefs, I would not be surprised if we see another shoot-out with Tampa walking away with the win.

Score: 38-34 Buccaneers
