Can we all just pause a moment to give JPP some love

Brought in to be a paid assassin for a defensive line that finished last in the league in 2017, Jason Pierre-Paul has been just that. JPP’s four sacks, sixteen tackles, and one forced fumble place him right square in the middle of the top ten defensive linemen in the NFL.

The fact that Pierre-Paul is on pace for the same numbers he had in 2011, his best year as a pro and the year he was fitted for his Super Bowl ring, seems to get lost in the fact that in 2018 he finds himself playing with a defense that has yet to find its identity.

One thing is for sure: if JPP continues putting up these numbers and gets support from his defensive teammates, there will be more than enough love to go around for the entire Buccaneer defense, not just JPP.
