McCoy visited Cleveland last Thursday/Friday, but left without a deal citing a previous commitment to meet with the Baltimore Ravens before signing with any other team.
McCoy does have a relationship with former Buccaneer assistant and current Baltimore Defensive Line coach Joe Cullen, but as ABC Action News’ John Sabol points out, Cleveland has more money available to give McCoy.
