Bucs announce that they've signed former Cardinals tight end Troy Niklas, waiving rookie receiver Xavier Ubosi. They also confirm what we reported Tuesday, with rookie corner Mazzi Wilkins signed from USF, replacing rookie corner Jalen Allison, who was waived-injured.

Receiver Xavier Ubosi was waived as a result.
Niklas was a second round pick by the Cardinals in 2014. He spent last season on the Patriots practice squad.
