Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston continued to impress today during training camp. Today the team had Winston working on his footwork early in practice. Then it was time for 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills. Winston didn’t disappoint.

Winston’s training camp started off a little inconsistent but the last three days of practice he has been solid if not excellent. As seen in the videos above, Winston’s chemistry with wide receiver Mike Evans is as good as it has always been. This isn’t surprising but it is reassuring.
With the first preseason game just days away I’m sure Winston, as well as the rest of us, are excited to see how the offense looks against live competition. One thing is for sure, defensive coordinator Todd Bowles has been throwing everything he can at Winston in an effort to see him crack. It hasn’t worked, let’s hope the same can be said after this Friday’s preseason game.
