Offensive lineman Mike Liedtke out for the season

Buccaneers training camp is in full swing now. The individual position battles are underway, the pads have been cracking on a daily basis and the players are learning a new system. With that comes an unfortunate side effect, injuries. The Buccaneers have had a few worth mentioning, Lavonte David’s knee, Vita Vea’s knee and now offensive lineman Mike Liedtke’s shoulder.

Loosing Liedtke for the season is a blow to the Buccaneers depth chart. Liedtke is a versatile backup who appeared in nine games last year. No word on who the Buccaneers will replace Liedtke’s roster spot with.
