The Buccaneers and Jason Pierre-Paul (OLB) have “reworked” his contract. The move pays Pierre-Paul $10 million plus while the Buccaneers save $4.4 million in cap space. This new deal also gives Pierre-Paul a path to free agency in March as his contract now expires at the end of the season.
The question now is will Pierre-Paul play this year or have we seen him play his last down for the Buccaneers? Pierre-Paul is on the reserve/non-football injury list and can not return for atleast another three weeks.
