Shaquil Barrett Gives Positive Update On His Franchise Tag

Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise sack leader, Shaquil Barrett gave fans good news about his franchise tag today on NFL Radio. “If we don’t get (anything long-term) done, I’m going to sign that for sure,” Barrett said. Barrett lead the NFL with 19.5 sacks last season, and was franchise tagged back in March.
“I am most definitely gong to be here next year,” Barrett continued. Earlier this week, Barrett said his chances of signing were “50-50” and “up in the air.”
