The Buccaneers are tight against the cap but could offer the veteran minimum to Fournette, or release a player like safety Justin Evans who is still dealing with a nagging injury. After Bruce Arians’ recent comments saying he believed Ronald Jones II could be a three down back, the move would be a bit puzzling. Nonetheless, it is possible that Tom Brady could be getting yet another weapon for this offense.
