The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have officially ruled wide receiver Chris Godwin out for Sunday’s home opener against the Carolina Panthers.

Godwin was placed in the concussion protocol the middle of last week. The Buccaneers look to make a corresponding move to fill Godwin’s spot shortly.
