The Buccaneers Defense kept the pressure on Denver in totaling 6 sacks and 2 interceptions, but it could have been even more. Todd Bowles has this defense humming right now and they are attacking from all levels of the defense.
Antoine Winfield Jr. came away with another monster game and Shaq Barrett had a nice game back in Denver with 2 sacks.
We break down the Buccaneers domination of Denver’s offense in today film study.
In week 3 it looks as if Tom Brady and the Buccaneers offense have started to gel more as they connected on many more timing routes.
Still not a finished product but the stat line looked much better as Brady threw for 297 with 3 TDs and 0 interceptions. Mike Evans came away with possibly the most strange stat line as he hauled in 2 catches for 2 yards and 2 TDs.
The offense still had its hiccups as they only managed 3 points in the 2nd half after putting up 23 in the 1st. Self inflicted penalties and drops added to the stall of drives but things are slowly coming together and fixable.
