The Justin Evans experiment in Tampa Bay is over. Per Greg Auman of The Athletic, the Buccaneers have waived Justin Evans with a failed physical designation.
Bucs waived former second-round pick Justin Evans today with a failed physical designation. He hasn’t played or practiced since 2018 due to multiple foot injuries and surgeries.

Evans, a 2017 2nd round pick out of Texas A&M has been a major disappointment for the Buccaneers.
