The Tampa Bay Buccaneers head in to week 17 of the NFL season looking to improve their playoff seeding. They’ll do so without two key players.
#Bucs LBs Devin White and Shaql Barrett have been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list and won't play Sunday vs. Atlanta. Could be out for the playoffs is there was a positive test.

Devin White and Shaq Barrett will miss Sunday’s season finale against the Atlanta Falcons. Teams are not permitted to state if players on the Reserve/Covid-19 list tested positive or are in quarantine for coming in close contact with someone who has.
Per Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, Devin White trsted positive for Covid-19 and that Shaq Barrett was in close contact with him. This is good news for the Buccaneers and Barrett, bad news for Devin White.
#Bucs LB Devin White tested positive for COVID-19, while teammate Shaq Barrett landed on the COVID list as a close contact, sources tell me and @RapSheet.
Both are out for Sunday, but Barrett would be on track to return for the wild-card round if he keeps testing negative.
