The pieces of the puzzle that is Antonio Brown and the Bucs are starting to come together.

Brown mentioned two weeks ago how he and Leonard Fournette were “gonna work things out” when it came to their new contracts with the Bucs. So far, half of that statement has come true.

Then, Bruce Arians shed some light on the situation Tuesday. Arians stated there were “offers” out there. Now, that could mean multiple offers from the Bucs or offers from both the Bucs and other teams. Regardless, it backed up Brown’s statement on negotiations.

Now, Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network -during a Thursday morning appearance on Good Morning Football– has pulled back the curtain on Brown and the Bucs.

“They want to bring him back, the Bucs do, just at a different number than he has in mind right now,” Garafolo said.

So it looks like Brown is asking for too much. Or the Bucs are expecting too little.

Either way, it sounds like nothing is getting figured out anytime soon.
