Buccaneers Gronkowski Sets World Record

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are gearing up for the 2021 NFL Draft and looking to defend their Super Bowl LV title.

While the front office and scouts are putting the final touches on their draft boards, some players are spending their offseason in pads and helmets. Well one is, sort of.

Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski returned to his alma mater recently as an honorary head coach for the Arizona Wildcats spring football game. After the game, sporting pad and a helmet, Gronkowski set his sights on breaking a record, a Guinness Book of World Records record.

After a couple of failed attempts, Gronkowski was successful in making the record-breaking catch of a football dropped 600 feet from a helicopter.
