Buccaneers Part Ways With Two Tight Ends

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers started off Monday by releasing CB Antonio Hamilton. That apparently was just the beginning. Greg Auman of The Athletic reports that the Buccaneers have waived TE Tanner Hudson.

Hudson was undrafted out of Southern Alabama in 2018 before joining the Bucs. He was the leading receiver for the Bucs in the first two preseason games this year. The Bucs could still bring him back if he clears waivers.

The Buccaneers were not done, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports the Bucs have released TE Jerell Adams.

Adams was drafted in the 6th round of the 2016 NFL draft out of South Carolina.
