The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are gearing up for their Thursday night showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles. The team has dealt with numerous injuries in their secondary. Monday, head coach Bruce Arians updated safety Antoine Winfield Jr.’s status.
Antoine Winfield Jr., still is in concussion protocol but has a chance to clear it in time for Thursday's game, Bruce Arians said.

As reported by Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, Arians states Winfield Jr is still in the concussion protocol with a chance of being cleared before Thursday’s game in Philadelphia. The Buccaneers secondary could definitely use the services of the 2nd year safety, especially on a week with just four days between games.
