Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians spoke with the media Wednesday about several topics. One of those topics has been all the buzz on social media, will the Buccaneers be looking to trade RB Ronald Jones before the trade deadline?
Any notion that the Bucs may part with Ronald Jones by the trade deadline was put to rest for good by Bruce Arians today. A year ago it was Jones who got COVID-19 and Leonard Fournette took over. You want as many good players you as can keep, Arians said.

As Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reported, Arians squashed that rumor while shedding some light on the reason why they wouldn’t be shopping the 4th running back.
Jones has had his issues throughout his tenure with the team. From struggling with pass protection to issues with fumbling. To be fair, he has averaged 4.5 yards per carry throughout his career since being drafted in 2018.
