The Tampa Bay Buccaneers failed to make a move before the NFL trade deadline Tuesday. Shortly thereafter the team announced two moves as Dov Kleiman reports.
#Bucs CB Sean Murphy-Bunting and WR Scotty Miller have been designated to return from injured reserve.

As Greg Auman of The Athletic states, the Bucs must be pretty confident that both can join the active roster within 21 days.
For the Bucs to do this on a bye week says they’re confident both can join the active roster in the next 21 days. This allows them to put both players through practice simulations during the bye week to aid their return. https://t.co/lyWEEm0BJb

So to recap, Sean Murphy-Bunting (CB) and Scotty Miller (WR) have both players have now begun the 21-day window to practice and eventually rejoin the 53-man active roster. Good news for a team currently on a bye week.
