Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh played the 2021 season with a torn PCL. Suh announced this himself on Twitter Friday.
My sport has a 100% injury rate and this past year I tore my PCL.
But I didn’t miss a game. Why?
My performance routine prepared me for this kind of thing, and allowed me to bounce back quickly.

Suh has never missed an NFL game because of injury in his professional football career. He did play his lowest snap percentage of his career in 2021, this injury may shed light on why.
Suh is set to be a free agent shortly and hasn’t given any indication that he plans on retiring from the game. Hopefully the Buccaneers can find a way to squeeze enough money out of their limited cap space to bring him back.
