The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are set to host the Washington Commanders in the season opener at Raymond James Stadium Sunday at 4:25 pm. Unfortunately the team has had a bit of an injury issue on their defensive line.
Defensive lineman Logan Hall was ruled “OUT” with a foot issue on Friday. Saturday, the team downgraded the status of defensive lineman Calijah Kancey from “QUESTIONABLE” to “OUT”.
“The Tampa Bay Buccaneers activated defensive linemen C.J. Brewer and Mike Greene from the practice squad on Saturday, making both players eligible to play in Sunday’s 2024 season opener against the Washington Commanders. The team also announced on Saturday that defensive lineman Calijah Kancey has been downgraded to out on the injury report due to a calf injury suffered in practice on Friday.”
The Bucs made two corresponding moves activating defensive linemen Mike Greene and C.J. Brewer.
