Buccaneers Make a Series of Roster Moves to Address Secondary Depth

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were hit with a slew of injuries to their secondary in their season opening win over the Washington Commanders. Tuesday, the team made some roster moves to address these injuries.

Via the team’s website,

“The Buccaneers placed CB Bryce Hall on injured reserve Tuesday and responded to a string of injuries at the position by re-signing Keenan Isaac, who split his 2023 rookie season between Tampa Bay’s practice squad and active roster.”

The Bryce Hall injury is big in that he provided solid depth and veteran experience. Zyon McCollum left the game with a concussion, and Josh Hayes left Sunday’s game with an ankle injury. But the biggest concern now appears is Antoine Winfield Jr. and if the team is happy with Christian Izien filling in for him for up to a month
