The Tampa Bay Buccaneers head out to California to take on the Los Angeles Chargers today. The Pewter Pirates have been dealing with a rash of injuries throughout the season. This week is no different with 21 players on their final injury report.
Overnight that number appears to have dropped by two according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
“Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving, listed as questionable for Sunday due to back and hip injuries, is expected to play vs. the Chargers, per source.”
“Buccaneers WR Sterling Shepard, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a foot injury, is expected to play vs. the Chargers, per source.”
Now that it appears two key offensive weapons will be available today against the Chargers the team has all the firepower they’ll need to hold onto their lead in the NFC South.
