Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans is headed to the 2025 Pro Bowl Games, stepping in for Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, who’s sidelined with an injury. Evans, a Pro Bowl alternate, will join other top players in the league for the annual showcase.

Mike Evans’ upcoming appearance at the 2025 Pro Bowl Games will be his sixth career Pro Bowl honor, a distinction that ties him for the third-most Pro Bowl selections in Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise history. Evans’ impressive tally trails only those of legendary Pro Football Hall of Famers Derrick Brooks (11 selections) and Warren Sapp (seven selections).

In 2024, Mike Evans achieved a remarkable milestone, extending his unprecedented streak of 1,000-yard receiving seasons to 11, a feat he has accomplished in every season of his illustrious NFL career. Evans’ impressive statistics included 74 receptions, 1,004 yards, and 11 touchdowns in just 14 games played.

This accomplishment propelled Evans into elite company, as he tied Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerry Rice’s record for most consecutive 1,000-yard seasons (11). Furthermore, Evans surpassed another legendary Hall of Famer, Randy Moss, for the second-most total 1,000-yard seasons in NFL history, with only Rice’s 14 seasons standing between him and the top spot.

Evans’ remarkable consistency and productivity have cemented his status as one of the all-time greats at his position, and he has been the cornerstone of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ offense since his rookie season in 2014.

Over his illustrious 11-season tenure with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Mike Evans has established himself as one of the most prolific wide receivers in NFL history. His impressive career statistics include 836 receptions, 12,684 receiving yards, and 105 receiving touchdowns, accumulated across 168 games and 167 starts.

Evans’ remarkable achievements have earned him a prominent place in the NFL record books. He currently ranks ninth all-time in receiving touchdowns, 24th in receiving yards, and 35th in receptions. Furthermore, Evans has joined an elite group of players, including Hall of Famers Marvin Harrison, Randy Moss, and Jerry Rice, as one of only four individuals with over 12,000 receiving yards and 100-plus touchdown receptions through their first 11 career seasons.

Evans will be joined by his Buccaneers teammates Vita Vea and Tristan Wirfs at the 2025 Pro Bowl Games, scheduled to take place from January 30 to February 2 in Orlando, with ESPN providing coverage. Vea and Wirfs were initially selected to the Pro Bowl on January the 2nd.
