Buccaneers Lose LB in Free Agency, Sign LB From Dolphins

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed former Miami Dolphins veteran linebacker Anthony Walker to a one-year deal per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Schefter is also reporting that former Bucs linebacker K.J. Britt has signed a one-year deal with the Dolphins.

Via ESPN’s Adam Schefter,

“Trading places:

🏈Former Buccaneers free-agent LB K.J. Britt is signing a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins.

🏈Former Dolphins free-agent LB Anthony Walker is signing a one-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

They are essentially replacing each other.”

The Indianapolis Colts chose Anthony Walker in the fifth round (161st overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft, making him the 20th linebacker selected that year.
