Who Are The Odds On Favorite To Reach Super Bowl LX

As a Tampa Bay Buccaneers site, we want to sit in full confidence and say that we believe we could make it to the Super Bowl next february. However, since Brady left, it’s obvious that we have not been the same team we once were, but we want to have full confidence in the team and the coaches.

So for the purpose of pure bias and positivity, we are going to look through who we could potentially face in the Superbowl next year, but as we mentioned, there is a large chance that we will not be at the Superbowl LX so we will also remove the bias near the end of this article.

Philadelphia Eagles

It’s no secret that the odds on favorite so far for the Super Bowl are the Philadelphia Eagles. Fresh off their impressive and fairly shocking win against the Kansas City Chiefs, the Eagles are going to be looking to retain their crown and start an era of domination.

The Eagles are a powerhouse team, with Jalen Hurts as a quarterback and Saquon Barkley leading a strong offence and also having a strong defence that we saw neutralise the incredible attacking power of the Chiefs in February. In the last 8 seasons, they have featured in 3 Superbowls including 3 wins, and with them now having the best team they have had in years, the Eagles are the clear favourite when looking at the Super Bowl odds using leading betting sites like WSN who have the Eagles at +650.

Could The Buccaneers Beat The Eagles

In the last year, we have improved a lot and after a shaky 2023. Last year, we won the NFC South title and our preseason has seen us go up from +6500 to win to +2200 to win the Superbowl next year. Our chances of beating the Eagles depend on the coaching style. Last year, we saw the Chiefs get out-coached and outplayed. If we can find a way to get our star player, Baker Mayfield, as involved as possible, we have a chance of beating any team we come up against.

Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills are led by quarterback Josh Allen who is one of the best in the sport and the Bills have been outside contenders for the last year and judging by their preseason +750 odds, it’s clear that some bookmakers think that this year could be their year.

Their main point of improvement is consistency and not falling at the playoff hurdles. This has been their main issue which was shown in their failure to win the AFC Championship game last year. We think that if the Bills can learn from their previous mistakes, they could be a force to be reckoned with.

Could The Buccaneers Beat The Bills

One of the biggest separators between us and the Bills is our experience in moments like the Super Bowl. We have the experience and the team knows what we need to do. As we have seen by their failure in the playoffs recently, we think our experience could push us above them.

Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs were a dynasty, and they still are despite losing last year against the Eagles. In the last 6 years, the Chiefs have reached 6 finals securing 3 titles in the process. This shows how impressive their team has been over the last decade or so.

One of the things that seem to be putting question marks over the Kansas City Chiefs is their aging squad. Last year, before the Super Bowl, people speculated that tight end Travis Kelce would be retiring. This didn’t end up coming into fruition but the fact that this was a major talking point shows how the age could play a part in their potential of the Super Bowl next year.

Could The Bucs Beat The Chiefs

In the last Super Bowl, we saw the Eagles lay down the blueprint of how to beat the Chiefs in the biggest NFL game of the season. This blueprint will be used by future teams and our will and determination and with a good run of form, I think we could beat anyone at the Super Bowl.
