The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are waiving Undrafted Free Agent Quarterback Connor Bazelak per multiple sources including Greg Auman of Fox Sports
Via Fox Sports Greg Auman,
“Bucs are waiving undrafted rookie quarterback Connor Bazelak, who played well in preseason. Has to clear waivers, but they’d like him back on the practice squad.”
Bazelak by all accounts had a great training camp and preseason. This appears to be a numbers game with the Buccaneers already having Kyle Trask and Teddy Bridgewater in-house.
Look for the team to re-sign Bazelak to the practice squad if he clears waivers.
