The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have activated wide receiver Chris Godwin and left tackle Tristan Wirfs from the Physically Unable to Perform list. Godwin is recovering from a fractured ankle sustained in Week 7 of last season and is projected to begin practicing soon, with a potential return to games in October. Wirfs underwent knee surgery and will need to get back into football shape before returning to the field

Godwin and Wirfs were placed on the physically unable to perform list at the start of camp. They’ve now cleared that hurdle after passing their physicals today, making them eligible to practice with the team.
