Tampa Bay Buccaneers Wide Receiver Mike Evans will be out multiple weeks with what is being reported as a “moderate hamstring strain” via the Tampa Bay Times.
Via Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times,
“#Bucs WR Mike Evans will miss 3-4 weeks with a moderate hamstring strain.”
Evans currently has 140 receiving yards, so he’ll need a strong finish to keep his streak of 1,000-yard seasons alive. With 860 yards needed in the last 10 or 11 games, Evans will have to perform consistently to match his impressive record. This season’s challenge is reminiscent of last year, when he tied Jerry Rice’s record for consecutive 1,000-yard seasons.
