The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing linebacker John Bullock back after claiming him off waivers from Indianapolis this week, per ESPN.

“The Bucs are bringing LB John Bullock back, claiming him off waivers after Indianapolis waived him this week, per source.
Bullock was with Tampa Bay last season but was waived in January, now back.”
Bullock spent last season with Tampa Bay before the team waived him in January. He now returns to the Buccaneers for a second stint.
Bullock began his football journey at Nebraska, where he started as a walk-on before earning a scholarship and becoming one of the Cornhuskers’ top defensive leaders. During his final college season in 2024, Bullock recorded 70 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, four sacks, and an interception while earning honorable mention All-Big Ten honors.
After going undrafted in 2025, Bullock signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and earned a roster spot through strong special teams play and preseason performances. He appeared in 15 games as a rookie before being waived in January 2026. The Indianapolis Colts later claimed him off waivers, and Tampa Bay has now brought him back after the Colts released him.
