The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached the 53-man roster limit. Now, the team is turning its attention toward building out the practice squad.
Tampa Bay is bringing back one of its recently released players. Tight end Devin Culp is signing with the Buccaneers’ practice squad, according to Fox Sports’ Greg Auman.
Devin Culp Returns to Tampa Bay
Culp was among the Buccaneers’ cuts on Sunday. However, Tampa Bay was able to keep the former draft pick within the organization.
Fox Sports Greg Auman reported the move on Tuesday.
“Tight end Devin Culp, a former Bucs draft pick who was among Sunday’s cuts, is signing back with Tampa on their practice squad. Bucs able to keep another key piece in the fold.”
Culp will now remain with the Buccaneers as the team continues assembling its practice squad. His return gives Tampa Bay another familiar player within the organization.
