The Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday at Raymond James Stadium.
Unfortunately, Tampa Bay will have to face Minnesota without two of its top rookies.
Bain and Trotter Ruled Out
According to Fox Sports’ Greg Auman, both Rueben Bain and Josiah Trotter have been ruled out.
“Rueben Bain and Josiah Trotter both ruled out for Sunday by Bowles.”
Trotter is dealing with a shoulder injury, while Bain is dealing with a groin injury.
Both rookies have been important additions for Tampa Bay this season. Their absences will leave the Buccaneers without two young players they hoped to have available against Minnesota.
One would assume that SirVocea Dennis and Christian Rozeboom will see more playing time in Trotter’s absence. While David Walker, Al-Quadin Muhammad and Anthony Nelson will pick up the slack in Bain’s absence.
