The Buccaneers are not going to give up on Robert Herron who is competing for a fifth or sixth Wide Receiver spot on the roster.He is competing against the veteran WR Russell Shepard and the rookie Kaelin Clay former Utah Utes WR ,who returned kicks and punts last year.
