It seemed as if Tampa was picked on by the Refs, Sunday. But regardless if that were true or not, we shot ourselves in the foot with a ton of missed opportunities. The Colts did a heck of a job putting pressure on Jameis Winston. Tampa did an awful job of adjusting the line to the pressure. That is a big reason why they missed so many offensive opportunities.
“Winston completed 20 of 36 passes for 245 yards and one touchdown, that one a 20-yard dart to TE Cameron Brate that gave the Bucs a 12-6 lead late in the second quarter. He was intercepted once, though it was on a desperation pass in the game’s closing minutes. Winston also ran three times for 27 yards but was sacked a season-high five times.” “They were rushing good but I can’t hold the ball for five seconds,” said Winston. “I’ve got to progress through my reads faster and help the offensive line out a little bit.” – Reported by Scott Smith
