Jason Licht first came to the Buccaneers in January of 2014. Since then Licht has done a complete overhaul of the roster. Since being with the Buccaneers, Licht has flipped 97% of the Buccaneers roster.

Out of the current 90 man roster, 83 members were not on the Buccaneers roster before Licht. Since Licht came to Tampa, the Buccaneers have gone from 2-10 team to a 9-7 team. That is a MAJOR turn around. The Buccaneers just missed out on the playoffs last year by one game, something the Buccaneers have done in a decade. Licht seems to have finally found the head coach he has been looking for in Dirk Koetter.
Licht has a great eye for talent. He has proven he knows how to draft Great players, or attract BIG NAME free agents, or even finding the hidden Gems that didn’t get drafted.

It’s obvious that Licht is just the General Manager the Buccaneers needed to get them back to the PROMISE LAND.
