Week 10 vs. New York Jets Game Prediction – by Hagen

Up next is a home game against a mediocre New York Jets team, whose record is 4-5. They did win their last game impressively, though, against the Buffalo Bills. The leading receiver for the Jets is their Tight End, former Buccaneer Austin Seferian-Jenkins. He will certainly play with a chip on his shoulder against his former team this Sunday. So will Ryan Fitzpatrick, however, who is also going up against his former team, as he takes over with Jameis Winston being sidelined due to his shoulder injury. Mike Evans is not playing either, he is suspended for one game because of the hit on Marshon Lattimore after the play was over.

Playing without Jameis Winston and our leading Wide Receiver certainly does not make things easier for Tampa Bay. Hopefully, we can finally create some kind of a running game again. According to NFL.com, the Buccaneers’ rushing attack is currently ranked at 28th in the league. Yet, Fitzpatrick will have a decent game with two Touchdown passes, one to DeSean Jackson and the other one to Cameron Brate. It will not be enough, though, since our defense will not be able to contain the New York Jets’ below average offense. Bilal Powell and Matt Forte will run all over as, just like pretty much every Running Back we have faced so far this season. Final score: 24-17 Jets.

Go Bucs!
