Former Buccaneer Kellen Winslow Jr was jailed Monday without bail as new charges allege he engaged in lewd conduct in front of a 77 year old woman at a California gym last month.

Winslow was already out on bail for burglary charges and nine other charges including two counts of rape.
Kellen Winslow Jr. is a former Buccaneer (’09-’11) and son of NFL Hall of Famer Kellen Winslow Sr.
