The report cites road conditions as “rain” and road surface as “wet” that caused Pierre-Paul’s Ferrari 488 Pista to hydroplane and hit a concrete barrier. The initial damage report to the car was roughly $30,000. The accident report goes on to say that Pierre-Paul had his seatbelt on and their was no signs of distracted driving or suspicion of intoxication.

Pierre-Paul’s airbag did not deploy but his passenger’s airbag, James Thompson’s, did deploy as the right side of the vehicle made contact with the concrete barrier.
