This comes as no surprise as McCoy skipped the first two phases of the offseason programs.
It appears both sides are no closer to resolving the issue between them.
Here is the offseason schedule:
First day: April 1
Voluntary minicamp: April 23-25
Rookie minicamp: May 10-12
OTA offseason workouts: May 14-16, May 21-23, May 28-31
Mandatory minicamp: June 4-6
