Federal Court Denies Bucs Request For BP Oil Spill Damages

On Friday the federal 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The ruling was a result of  a claim where they filed for damages as a result of the 2010 BP Deep Horizon Oil Spill. Per the Associated Press.

The team alleged back in April that as a result of the Spill the organization revenues suffered as a result. In the case they were seeking damages worth $19.5 million, but in this latest appeal they were denied.
