The Tampa Bay Buccaneers added a quarterback to their practice squad today. Chad Kanoff went undrafted out of Princeton in 2018. He spent the majority of his rookie year on the Arizona Cardinals practice squad.

Kanoff was the Ivy League Player of the Year in 2017. In that year he set Princeton’s single-season records for yards (3474) and TDs (29).

Kanoff has a history with Buccaneers offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich being with the Cardinals all last year.

In a related move, the Buccaneers dropped running back Tony Brooks-James and added running back Darius Jackson. Jackson is from Eastern Michigan and spent time with the Dallas Cowboys this season.
