Lynch is one of 15 finalists for the 2020 class.
The former big hitting safety has been a finalist the last six years. He looks to join former Buccaneer greats Lee Roy Selmon (1995), Warren Sapp (2013) and Derrick Brooks (2014) as the fourth Buccaneer enshrined in the Hall of Fame.
