Rookies will report to the facility Wednesday, for the opening of camp on Thursday. There is, however, an added wrinkle this offseason. Players must sign their respected contracts before reporting to camp.
In years past, rookies could continue the negotiation process through August.
Once Davis signs his deal, the Buccaneers will have five players left to sign including first round pick Tristan Wirfs, and second round selection Antoine Winfield Jr. Fifth-round pick Tyler Johnson has reportedly already signed his contract.
