According to Greg Auman of the Athletic, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have told offensive lineman Nick Leverett that he will be waived. The team has told him if he clears waivers they will bring him back on the practice squad.
Bucs have also waived undrafted rookie guard Nick Leverett, but hope to bring him back on the practice squad Sunday.

Leverett, undrafted out of Rice University, can play all three interior spots on the line offering position flexibility. Given the new rules with the practice squad, the construction will be interesting to watch.
