Tampa Bay Buccaneers Pro Bowl wide receiver Mike Evans came into today’s matchup needing four catches to reach 500 career receptions. Not only is Evans going for that milestone, he’s also in his 100th career game. After not having much success last week on Sunday Night Football, Evans looks like he’s back to full strength against the Carolina Panthers.

On second and 13, Mike Evans hot that 500 reception mark on a 22 yard pass to put the Buccaneers at the goal line. Congratulations to Evans for hitting such a major milestone in his young career. Evans is now the first Buccaneer in franchise history to have 500 career receptions and by a large margin. There’s still six weeks left in the regular season.
